These terms cover use of the Paani Boss website at veo3prompt.guide and the Paani Boss Android application.

What Paani Boss is

Paani Boss is business software for RO water-purifier service operations. It helps a business manage customers, service schedules, technician jobs, field visit confirmation, parts and billing records. It does not perform the physical service work and does not guarantee business outcomes.

Product stage

Paani Boss is pre-launch. The Android application is published and usable today. Browser-based web panels are still in development and are not generally available. A public launch is planned for March 2027, and that date is an intention rather than a commitment.

Because the product is actively being built, features may change or be removed, and functionality described on this site may be adjusted as the product improves. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a subscription, and no pricing has been published yet.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for keeping account credentials secure. Do not use the product to store unlawful content, to harass anyone, to attempt unauthorised access, or to disrupt the service for others.

Customer data you enter

If you use Paani Boss to store details about your own customers or employees, you confirm you are permitted to do so and that you will handle that information lawfully. Location checks, photographs and signatures should only be captured with appropriate awareness and consent.

Location and verification features

Visit verification and route planning depend on device location accuracy, network conditions and mapping data. They are operational aids, not guaranteed proof, and should not be treated as an infallible record.

Billing records

Invoices and payment records created inside the product are generated from the information you enter. You remain responsible for tax compliance and for the correctness of the amounts you bill.

Availability

We aim to keep the product working reliably but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, platform dependencies or outages may temporarily affect access.

Liability

The product is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or lost business opportunity, arising from use of the product.

Termination

You may stop using the product at any time and request deletion of your records. We may suspend access where these terms are breached or where use puts the service or other users at risk.
