Paani Boss is an operations application for RO water-purifier service businesses. This policy explains what data the product handles, why it is needed and how it can be removed. It applies to this website and to the Paani Boss Android application.

This website

This site is a static informational page. It does not run advertising trackers, does not create accounts and does not ask visitors for personal information. If you email us, we receive the address and message content you send.

Data handled inside the application

The application exists so a service business can run its own operations. A business using Paani Boss may record:

• Customer name, contact number, service address and installed unit details.
• Service history, water-quality readings, parts used and job notes.
• Technician accounts and assigned jobs.
• Location data used to confirm that a technician was at the customer site.
• Job photographs and a customer acknowledgement or signature.
• Invoice and payment-status records created by the business.

Location data

Location is used for one operational purpose: confirming a technician is at the customer site before a visit is marked complete, and supporting route planning for assigned jobs. It is tied to service jobs and is not used for advertising or profiling, and it is not sold.

Photographs and signatures

Before-and-after photographs and customer acknowledgements exist as proof of work for the business and its customer. They should only be captured with the customer's awareness and consent.

Responsibilities of the business using Paani Boss

When a service business stores its customers' details in Paani Boss, that business remains responsible for informing its customers, collecting any consent required by local law, and using the records only for legitimate service purposes.

Sharing

Customer records are not sold. Data may be processed by infrastructure and platform providers strictly to operate the product, including application distribution and hosting services, and may be disclosed where legally required.

Retention and deletion

Operational records are retained while an account is active because service history is the core value of the product. You may request deletion of your account and associated records by emailing contact@veo3prompt.guide. Requests are actioned within a reasonable period, subject to any records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Security

We use access controls and platform security measures appropriate to the current stage of the product. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not claim absolute security. Material issues affecting users will be communicated honestly.

Children

Paani Boss is a business tool and is not directed at children.
